Hydrant System
Instruction & Training
Your safety and system knowledge are our #1 priority!
Your Fire Pool Installation Specialist is certified to instruct on safe and proper set up and operation of the hydrant system, hoses and nozzles. We treat this instruction as an essential part of the system installation and annual maintenance.
Installation
In one visit, your pool filtration system adapts into a fire fighting tool!
With the turn of a valve, your existing pool pump pressurizes the hydrant system, hoses and nozzles. All the necessary valves, adapters, fittings, caps, and brace are included and will be professionally installed. Your pool's normal, everyday operation and flow will not be affected.
No additional labor is required of you or your pool maintenance professional!
Fire Hoses, Nozzles, Adapters, Storage Drum and More!
Your system includes the installation of over 100 individual parts!
At the business end of the Hydrant are two hundred feet of fire hose in 1 inch and 1-1/2 inch diameters, flow-appropriate nozzles and all of the necessary adapters for optimal operation. A spanner wrench is provided and a water-tight storage drum allows you to safely store all necessary supplies outdoors, conveniently near the pool.
For larger properties and reaching out to farther distances, additional lengths of hose, water distribution valves, nozzles and storage drums are also available.
Annual Maintenance & Instruction Refresher
Your first Annual Maintenance is included with the purchase of your Hydrant. You may renew your warranty annually by subscribing to a scheduled system inspection and service. It includes a system flush and inspection, flow and pressure test, corrosion check, monitors the preservation of items in storage drum, replaces faded/damaged labels, replaces broken or worn parts (parts sold separately). Hands-On Instruction Refresher for occupants and neighbors is recommended and included in the annual maintenance program.
